Returns and exchanges:

Extended holiday returns + exchanges: 

Non-customized, stock items may be returned or exchanged; items customized in any way may not.   Just notify me within 7 calendar days of delivery and the item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of delivery.  Gift?  No problem.  Let me know at the time of purchase.  Exchanges: If you need your new item before the original is returned you may purchase the new item and I will issue a refund for the original as soon as it is returned and inspected to ensure no damage has occurred.

All gold wedding rings are custom made to order and may not be returned.  To shop with confidence, reach out to view a sample before ordering! 

Jewelry damaged by wear, improper handling or storage may not be eligible for return or exchange or may incur a fee.

 

Shipping:

Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders over $500 are eligible for free Express shipping, just select at checkout.

UPS and Fedex overnight and 2-day shipping are also available at checkout.

All packages are shipped fully insured and require a signature for delivery. Signatures can not be waived for any reason, sorry!

  

Custom orders:

Custom orders of any kind are welcome!

I can do simple customizations on most items. This includes lengthening/shortening chains, using a different stone (s,) changing an finish from oxidized to bright etc.. Contact me with your request and I’ll let you know if there is a price difference and how to order.

I can also fully customize any piece of jewelry to your specifications, please contact me to start the conversation. Once all details are confirmed custom orders require a 50% deposit and signed Custom Order Agreement. Once the deposit is received the order will be processed.

Most pieces can be produced in solid 14K or 18K gold, 950 palladium or platinum. Please contact me for options and pricing.

Custom orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

When will my custom order ship?:
Most custom orders will ship within 3-4 weeks of deposit, depending on complexity of the piece. Lead times may be longer during busy seasons (spring and holiday;) I’ll provide you with current ETD when you order.

Ring Sizing:

It's always ideal to get a perfect fit on the first try (see Tips for a Perfect Fit.)  but that's not always the reality, and your size may change over time.  If you need your ring resized here’s what you need to know:

Plain Bands

Most plain bands may be sized up one full size free of charge; customer is responsible for shipping.

Sizing up more than one size will incur a charge for additional materials + shipping. Actual charge will depend on design and required materials.

Plain bands may also be sized down for a fee of $25 plus shipping.

Solitaires and bands with stones

Solitaires and bands with stones may also be sized up or down.  Depending on your design the process may be simple or complex.   

If you’re unsure of size when you order I’ll let you know if it’s easier to size your design up or down, so I can make small adjustments within two weeks of purchase free of charge and you pay only shipping. 

If you need your ring re-sized later we’ll discuss the best options for your design and needs; pricing will be based on labor and materials. 

Rings with patterned gold:

Rings with 23K gold pattern may be sized down, though heating causes the gold to diffuse into the silver and must be reapplied.  Depending on design it may be easier to special order the ring in a smaller size; please contact for pricing or sizing options.

Adjustable rings can be squeezed or opened about 1/4 size.  They may be sized down; larger sizes must be special ordered.

Repairs:

Repairs due to faulty construction or design flaws will be repaired free of charge.  Lightly bent ear wires may be corrected free of charge, customer is responsible for shipping.

All other repairs will be charges a $25 repair fee plus cost of materials and shipping.  These include:

-damage due to improper care, storage or cleaning (see Jewelry Care Cards.)

  • elective repairs (ring sizing, chain lengthening/shortening, replacing silver ear wires/posts with gold, etc.)
  • regular damage due to fault of customer (dropping, pulling, crushing)
  • catastrophic damage caused by machinery or equipment

 As a courtesy, any regular damage incurred within 48 hours of purchase will be repaired free of charge.    I must be notified within 48 hours of purchase to take advantage of this offer and customer is responsible for shipping. 

Lost earring replacement:

Any 1/2 pair of earrings from the production line may be replaced at 1/2 the current cost of the item.  To ensure a perfect match it is recommended to send the existing earring.

Please discuss all repairs with me before sending any jewelry. 

Third-party repairs:

A limited number of repairs/modifications may be performed by a trusted local jewelry repair shop if it expedites the process.  Examples may include chain replacement, lengthening/shortening or replacing stones lost from wear.   Any third party repairs must be discussed and authorized by me before the repair is done.   Because the texturing techniques in my jewelry are specialized and proprietary I am not responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs.
