Returns and Exchanges

Extended Holiday Returns:

It's gift-y time!  Purchases of stock items made between November 26th and December 24th have an extended return period.  Please notify me via email by Monday, January 4th.  Does not apply to customized or special order items

Returns and exchanges:

Non-customized, stock items may be returned or exchanged; items customized in any way may not.   Just notify me within 7 calendar days of delivery and the item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of delivery.  Customer is responsible for shipping, item must be insured and require a signature for delivery.  I'm happy to provide a shipping label on request and the cost will be deducted from the refund.  

Gift?  No problem.  Let me know at the time of purchase. 

Exchanges: If you need your new item before the original is returned you may purchase the new item and I will issue a refund for the original as soon as it is returned and inspected to ensure no damage has occurred.

Jewelry damaged by wear, improper handling or storage may not be eligible for return or exchange or may incur a fee.
